The Summer Research Institute (SRI@FMHI) is designed for students interested in building research skills within the context of mental health to help them prepare for a Senior Thesis and/or graduate school. The ten-week programs consists of four components: an independent research project conducted with a faculty mentor; research seminars; professional development seminars (including guidance on applying to graduate school, posters, presentations, and publication writing); and skill-building workshops on IRB practices, quantitative and qualitative data analysis, and research ethics.

SRI@FMHI took a break this year, but intend to offer the program again next summer!
