Gaining research experience at the institution you are interested in for graduate school is an important step in the graduate preparation process. The University of California, Irvine, Graduate Division offers an opportunity for students from other campuses to experience graduate studies at UC Irvine firsthand through our summer research programs. Our summer programs allow students to live on campus and participate in an eight-week faculty mentored project. Students also engage in an intense series of graduate preparation and funding workshops. If you are considering pursuing your graduate education at UCI, we strongly encourage you to apply for our summer research programs.

•Participants will be awarded a $4,000 research stipend. (*Note: Stipend is subject to income tax.)

•On-campus assigned housing for the summer

•Roundtrip travel costs to UCI will be covered within program limitations (up to $500.)
