Description:
The Aspirnaut Summer Research Internship Program at the University of Michigan strives to expand interest in basic science research by bringing high school students from under-resourced areas to U-Michigan to become immersed in a hands-on science laboratory experience. We are recruiting students from communities across Michigan - including rural and socioeconomically disadvantaged communities. High school student interns will spend six weeks working with a team of UM researchers and mentors in the life sciences while engaging with college preparedness programming. Participants will learn about scientific research and STEM careers.
