Description:
Faculty First Look provides aspiring academics a glimpse into what it takes to prepare for their future faculty careers. In this program participants will learn best practices to prepare for the faculty recruitment, application, interview, and selection process; have the opportunity to network with NYU faculty, deans, and postdocs; and workshop their job talk.

Two full-day sessions will occur in Spring and Fall. Covid and public health restrictions permitting, we are hoping to convene in person, however a virtual option will be available for those who prefer not to travel.
