Academic Level: High School Students
Description: FASTREC is an eight-week summer program offered to high school graduates who are interested in engineering careers and are eligible for admission into Tuskegee University.
In FASTREC students pursue an intensive course of study in mathematics, science, engineering graphics.
Students selected to participate in FASTREC are awarded full tuition and book scholarships for the summer program. Upon acceptance all students will be required to pay room and board.
All FASTREC students are required to provide their own transportation to and from Tuskegee University.
At the end of the FASTREC Program, industry sponsors award scholarships of up to $5,000 per year to selected students depending on their academic performance in the program. These scholarships are tenable at Tuskegee University Only.
