Participants will work remotely under the guidance of a faculty mentor and become integrated into active research groups using virtual platforms. Participants will also attend seminars on Research Methods and Graduate School Preparation, participate in professional development workshops and social activities, and present their research results at the Summer Research Symposium at the completion of the program (all virtually).
Program Components:
- Full time research supervised by a faculty mentor
- Weekly Research Methods and Graduate School Preparation Seminars
- "Professional Development Workshops" - every week participants will attend a topic-based professional development or academic workshop
- Social activities connecting participants to other summer research interns, as well as the larger Center for Inclusive Education community.
-Participants will receive a $6,000 summer stipend for full-time research.
