Description:
The Summer Program for Undergraduate Research (SPUR) at the Medical College of Wisconsin (MCW) provides participants from across the country with significant, hands-on research experience in the biomedical sciences, biomedical engineering, epidemiology and public health, and bioinformatics/biostatistics.

Participants in SPUR receive a $3,500 stipend and fully-furnished housing accommodations, which are conveniently located across the street from MCW's campus. The selection and placement process operates on a rolling basis starting in early February through mid-April. International students currently studying in the United States on a F1 visa are encouraged to apply.
