Academic Level: Postdoc & Early Career

Description: The Fellowships will be competitively available for two years in any laboratory in the United States carrying out ground-based, space-related biomedical/biotechnological research in accordance with the NSBRI's goals.

NSBRI, funded by NASA, is a consortium of institutions studying the health risks related to long-duration spaceflight and developing the medical technologies needed for long missions. The Institutes science, technology and education projects take place at more than 60 institutions across the United States.

Notices of Intent are Due May 18, 2011. Application Deadline is June 20, 2011.
