Johanna Warshaw

The New York Consortium in Evolutionary Primatology
City University of New York (CUNY), Graduate Center


Johanna is a graduate student in Anthropology at CUNY. She received her B.F.A. in 1986 from the Bezalel Academy of Arts and Sciences and her M.Phil. in 2001 from CUNY. Her dissertation is titled: “Primate Bone Microstructural Variability: Relationships to Life History, Mechanical Adaptation and Phylogeny.” Her research interests include: Primate phylogeny; primate life history; primate functional morphology and biomechanics; bone biology and histology.
