I graduated from the University of Edinburgh, Scotland in 2000 with a degree in Biological Sciences. Since then I have also completed a Masters degree in Tropical Coastal Management at the University of Newcastle. I have been involved in creating projects in marine protected areas in the Philippines and Tobago. I have spent the last few years working on a European Union funded project dealing with Integrated Coastal Zone Management in a transnational European context.
