David Pfahler

Adaptive Management: Water, Wetlands and Watersheds IGERT

David is a doctoral student in systems ecology under professor Mark Brown. He completed an undergraduate and master degree in chemistry, and spent several years in the US Air Force doing research and development of energy systems. While researching energy systems he became interested in the resource issues society faces as a whole. His current research focuses on the sustainable development of watersheds and accounting for the impacts of changes in ecosystem services within watersheds.
