Ren-Cang Li, currently a professor at University of Texas at Arlington, received his PhD in Applied Mathematics in 1995 from University of California at Berkeley. His research interests include High Performance Computing, Numerical Solution of Ordinary Differential Equations, Numerical Linear Algebra, Data Mining, Reduced Order Modeling, System Support for Scientific Computations, and Elementary Function Computations.
