Fang He is a third year Ph.D. student in Economics. He is specializing in development and labor economics with a special emphasis on education. He has been collaborating on randomized evaluations of several education programs in India and is also looking into evaluating education programs in China. He received his B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Industrial Engineering and Operations Research from the University of California at Berkeley in 2005
