Traci Burch

Traci graduated from Princeton University in 2002, where she majored in Politics and African-American studies. She has conducted several independent research projects on Black Entertainment Television (BET) and symbolic racism, and presented some of her findings at a poster session of the 2001 American Political Science Association meeting. Traci is interested in race and American politics, particularly issues of racial injustice and the ways in which power, class, identity, and law intersect to create injustices in society. Her dissertation research focuses on felon disenfranchisement. In her free time, she enjoys shopping, eating, and occasionally dancing.
